We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Support Technician to join our growing team, to take ownership and responsibility for all service items at Millboard. Reporting directly to the Maintenance & Development Supervisor, the Service Support Technician is required to adhere to health and safety standards and promote effective team work.
Making sure service kits are ready for each shift worked and the following shift
All components to be kept to a high standard making sure no downtime is incurred due to poorly maintained or lack of service items, which includes:
Keep service kits boxes fully stocked at all times Including:
Assist production with preparing jigs ready to go on to a machine
Develop SOP`s for service work
Service bench and Fryer area to be kept clean and safe /with 5s/shadow boards to be implemented
Empty dust extraction as needed
LFI extraction filters changed weekly (MC4)
