We now have a fantastic opportunity for a experienced, office based Sales Project Sector Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising the sector sales development through acute pipeline management and building long term business relationships.


  • Acute pipeline management through regular customer contact at appropriate intervals
  • Lead generation including contacting architects/contractors/clients relevant to your sector
  • Ensuring that targets are met in terms of talk time, contacts, lead generation and booked appointments in order to grow your pipeline/sector
  • Continually develop Industry knowledge, regulations needed and know-how
  • Establish market potential for existing and potential clients, and develop sales strategy with the UK & European Sales Director

Person Specification

  • Extensive successful track record of account management
  • Experience working within a growing Manufacturing SME is preferable
  • Enthusiasm for making cold calls and generating leads
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, but to also stand their own ground
  • Open and honest
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Preferable experience of communicating with Architects and Main Contractors
  • Willing to learn, develop and has an enthusiastic ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Proven ability of meeting and exceeding internal and external stakeholder requirements
  • Ability to adapt and respond to change
  • Applicants must have a full UK driving licence
