Millboard has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Order Processor, the successful candidate will ensure accuracy in order processing through continuous improvement and consistency. Keeping the SOAP’s and SOP’s up to date by monitoring system changes.


  • Order processing – ensure effective and prompt handling of customer purchase orders received. From sales order entry to picking and packing orders and dispatch.
  • Raising pro-forma invoices as required
  • Processing payments for pro-forma invoices
  • Liaise with the sales team regarding quotes and orders
  • Deal with customer queries relating to orders and shipping
  • Regularly review and update all relevant procedures to ensure sales order processing and shipping is operating in the most efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate stock data or products and recommend process improvements where appropriate
  • Liaise with manufacturing staff with regard to stock management as required
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with credit control
  • Team admin work
  • Any other duties required by the line manager

Person Specification:

  • Applicants must have a full UK driving licence – travel to Head office (Coventry) and Ryton Upon Dunsmore may be required
