Millboard has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Approved Installer Account Manager. The candidate must be able to demonstrate high levels of organisation and communication skills. They must possess a level of confidence to be able to support/deliver training sessions and speak face to face to existing and new customers. Reporting directly to UK and Ireland Sales Director the candidate is required to build brand loyalty and have strong industry and product knowledge. Making use of the tools provided, this role will also require you to monitor A I performance and the rewards scheme by maintaining contact. The role will also involve offering support to Customer Service Team as necessary.


  • Arrange and set up training session circa 12 installers at a time. Taking payments and bookings.
  • Introduce/Deliver theory training sessions and overseeing all elements of training day.
  • Ensure Pre-enlistment checks are carried out, so installers fall within Guidelines.
  • Review installer performance making use of the customer reward scheme and ensure brand ambassadors by monitoring social media activity.
  • Conduct site visits to spot check work and use as relationship building tool.
  • Act as a point of contact regarding programme and rewards scheme
  • Attend events where relevant including Industry Awards and any necessary trade days.
  • Working closely with our distribution team, assisting the creation of brand loyalty through this channel.  Creating a virtuous circle, manufacturer, merchant, contractor end customer.
  • Ensure external representation (BDM’s) are actively engaged with our Approved Installers.
  • Work with and alongside Marketing to grow loyalty.
  • Provide inbound call support including quoting/technical queries and general price
  • Provide support for complaint resolution where appropriate and utilising our approved installers network.
